Classical dance has been my passion and love for years. Unfortunately, during one of the classes I injured my knee – I experienced severe pain and had trouble fully straightening my leg. Concerned, I quickly went to an orthopedist, who after tests diagnosed a meniscus injury and referred me for a stitching procedure.
After the surgery, when I was discharged from the hospital, the doctor recommended I use the [Wellsi.app] (link) application has home exercise programs after knee arthroscopy. On the third day after the procedure, I started training at home with the application. It was extremely helpful for me, guiding me step by step through the entire rehabilitation process.
I worked systematically, completing all four stages of the program – from the first phase, when I was still using crutches and a brace until I regained full mobility. Each stage was perfectly tailored to my current health condition and needs, so I could gradually strengthen my knee and improve my range of motion.
At the same time, I continued my stationary therapy with my physiotherapist, which, combined with the exercises from the app, brought incredible results, according to me (and my physiotherapist). Three months after the surgery, I was able to return to dancing – something that seemed almost unrealistic to me at first.
I am incredibly grateful to all the specialists who supported me on this path. I would like to express my special thanks for recommending the Wellsi.app, which played a key role in my return to full strength and my beloved passion. Thanks to it, I can dance again and enjoy what I love most.
