My List: Browse and select shows that interest you, and select specific sessions to add to your personal playlist.

My Path: browse a selected list of sessions selected especially for you by your dedicated Specialist. These are tailor-made programs, designed to support and guide you on your path to recovery.

Step 5 PREPARE YOURSELF AND YOUR SURROUNDINGS

Now, let's create the ideal environment for your session:

Space: Find a quiet, comfortable area with enough room to move freely. Clear any obstacles to ensure your safety.

Attire: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Stretchy fabrics like yoga pants or t-shirts are excellent choices. Being barefoot is recommended as it helps with balance and allows for a better connection with the ground.

Equipment: If your session requires any equipment (like a yoga mat or resistance bands), have them ready and within reach.
