Step 2: User Account and Subscription Purchase

Now we'll walk you through a short account setup process.

Complete your details to create a profile. Then, select and activate the subscription that best suits your needs.

What does this mean in practice?

  • Complete your details and create a profile
  • Choose a subscription plan (1 or 3 months)
  • Make the payment via Stripe
  • Get full access to the platform immediately

Step 3: Log in and complete your profile setup

Log in to your account and complete your profile to tailor the platform to your needs.

What you do in this step:

  • Complete your basic information
  • Complete the health questionnaire
  • Start a chat with your specialist

A completed profile allows your specialist to better tailor your path from the very beginning—don't miss this step.

Step 4: Review your path and prepare a list of programs

At Wellsi, you work based on a plan prepared by your specialist.

My Path is your individual work plan—tailored to you and updated as you progress:

  • You receive specific sessions and a sequence of activities
  • You work according to a clearly defined plan
  • The path is constantly updated by the specialist

This is where your main work takes place.

My List is a supplementary tool—you can save selected programs and return to them at any time. My Path is always the foundation.

Step 5: Complete information about your condition

Effective work at Wellsi relies on one key element—your feedback.

My State Complete the health form in the My State

  • Complete it at the beginning of your collaboration
  • Update it when anything changes—pain, range of motion, well-being
  • Treat it as a regular part of your work, not a one-time activity
This is the most important source of information for your specialist.

Chat with a Specialist Have a question or concern? Use the chat available in the My Path.

  • Ask a question while working
  • Clarify your exercise
  • Report changes or problems

Program Evaluation

After completing the program, leave brief feedback—it helps the specialist better tailor the next elements of your path.

Step 6: Prepare yourself and your surroundings for the session

A well-prepared environment means greater comfort, safety, and better quality of work.

Space and Equipment

  • Choose a quiet place with freedom of movement and remove obstacles
  • Prepare the necessary accessories: mat, straps, or other items
  • Have water within reach

Clothing

  • Loose, stretchy clothing
  • It's best to practice barefoot for better control and contact with the ground

Device

  • Place the screen at eye level in a stable position
  • Turn on Do Not Disturb mode on your phone or tablet

Mindset

  • Pause for a moment before the session
  • Take a few calm breaths and focus on the work ahead
Good preparation is part of the process—it helps you get the most out of each session.

You're all set. Click "Start" and begin your session.

This is where the real work begins.

Tracking Progress

Each session builds your process.

  • Number of completed sessions
  • Average number of sessions per week
  • Progress in "My Path"

This allows you to see your commitment and the development of your exercise habit in real time.

My Path

If you work according to a plan prepared by a specialist:

  • You see your progress (%)
  • You know what the next step is

Consistency

It's not about perfection—it's about consistency.

Even small sessions build Effect over time.

Small steps

Each completed session is real progress.

Notice it and build on it.

After the session

Stop for a moment and check:

  • how you feel
  • what was helpful
  • if anything needs attention

This is an important element of your feedback and further adjustment of your path.
